Convenient Central Stay
great location handy surprise clean rooms asian fusion restaurant
I found the location excellent, close to the train station. I could easily walk to many restaurants. The hotel has a restaurant. I found it convenient. The new bar has a great happy hour.
The free Wi-Fi had some connectivity issues. It kept disconnecting.

fantastic central stay
great location useful kitchenette new year's prosecco
the location is great, near museum station. it is easy to reach circular quay quickly, or even walk there. the hotel gave guests a bottle of prosecco for new year's eve. the room also had a useful kitchenette.
The tv aerial was loose in the wall. I had to fix it myself.

this hotel enjoys a perfect central location. i could walk to many main attractions. a bus stop nearby offered convenient access to other parts of the city.

faulty air conditioning improper cleaning
The location was acceptable. It was fairly central to what i needed.
My room was not properly cleaned the first day. I found hairs in the shower. the air conditioning was also faulty and made a loud rattling noise all night, disrupting my sleep. despite reporting it, nothing was done about the noisy air conditioner.

acceptable stay
convenient location smooth check-in comfortable room size terrible housekeeping body wash poor bathroom condition
the location was convenient , close to shops. the check-in process was smooth. the room size was comfortable enough for my stay.
the housekeeping here is terrible. on my first day, they did not refill the body wash. the hotel uses refillable bottles , so i even took the bottle out and left it on the sink so it would be easy to see. the bathroom was also in poor condition. there was mildew along the edges.
